Cursor adds deployment monitoring and security review bots

What happened: Cursor launched Rollouts and Security Review for Teams and Enterprise customers. Rollouts reads pull-request changes, proposes a monitoring plan and checks deployment health by environment. Security Review looks for exploitable vulnerabilities in pull requests. Rollouts depends on connected deployment and telemetry systems, while Security Review analyzes pull requests in repository context. Their findings remain automated recommendations rather than proof that a release is safe.
